SONATRACH et le Groupement Tecnicas Reunidas & Samsung engineering signent le contrat de construction de la nouvelle Raffinerie de Hassi Messaoud

SONATRACH et le Groupement Tecnicas Reunidas & Samsung Engineering ont signé à Alger, un contrat relatif à la construction, au niveau de Haoud El Hamra à Hassi- Messaoud, d’une nouvelle raffinerie de pétrole brut. Sa capacité de traitement sera de 5 millions de tonnes par an.



Cette nouvelle raffinerie s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme de SONATRACH visant à conforter la production nationale de carburants et lubrifiants pour répondre à la demande interne sur le moyen et long termes et dégager des volumes à l’export.

Le projet sera exécuté en EPC (ingénierie, approvisionnement et construction), dans un délai de 52 mois à partir de l’entrée en vigueur du contrat. Le projet sera réceptionné ainsi en mars 2024. En ajoutant les deux ans de garantie prévus dans le contrat, la réception finale se fera en mars 2026.(APS)



Monsieur Kamel Eddine Chikhi, Président Directeur Général du Groupe SONATRACH, a déclaré à cette occasion « La signature de ce contrat confirme notre volonté à valoriser davantage nos ressources d’hydrocarbures en produits raffinés, pour satisfaire d’une part les besoins du marché national en la matière et d’autre part de contribuer au développement économique et social de notre nation à travers le renforcement de son tissu industriel ».
