Duties include:

• Maintain record of all the trips and provide reports whenever required by the management team.
• Coordinating with Rental companies for any vehicle request, renewal of vehicle licenses etc.
• Maintains accurate mailing lists of employees, contact details, patients
• Performs other necessary functions/duties as assigned by the operations manager
• Regular nursing transportation, coordination with supervisor on regular home visits that would require transportation; doctors home visits
• Assisting staff in completing applications for Drivers license (wherever applicable) and provide needed assistance
